Allison Sanchez
Allison Sanchez is a Puerto Rican and Irish-American writer from the Midwest who is currently a story editor on Amazon’s WE WERE LIARS. She started in TV as an assistant — first on The CW’s NANCY DREW and then on FX’s AMERICAN HORROR STORY. In the past, Allison sold and developed a pilot for Disney’s Onyx collective, penned episodes of Nickelodeon’s MIDDLEMOST POST, wrote on an Audible murder mystery podcast, and has had her satire published in McSweeney’s Internet Tendency. Allison was previously a journalist and editor at UPROXX — writing about travel, food, art and culture, editor at pop culture website, The Mary Sue, toured as an actor with Shakespeare companies in Montana, Idaho, and Wyoming, and is a proud graduate of Northwestern University. Her only regret is that she wasn’t the writer of the greatest novel of all time, the Cheesecake Factory menu. She’s represented by Artists First.
